How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at support@byrdes.com with your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and photos/videos if the item is defective. Once approved, send the item back to our return address using a trackable method. Returns without prior approval will not be processed. Refunds are issued within 7 days after we confirm receipt, with an extra 3–5 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
