120-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 120-day return period, meaning you can request a return within 120 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase.

No need to worry—our packages don’t include return labels. Simply reach out to support@byrdes.com, and we’ll assist you in processing your return or exchange.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, contact us at support@byrdes.com with the following details:

• Order number & full name
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot)
• Reason for return
• Photo or video proof (for damaged or defective items)

Once we receive and confirm your return—typically within 72 hours—you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, though banks and credit card providers may take an additional 15 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective items, wrong products, or incorrect sizes. If you need an exchange, email support@byrdes.com and we’ll take care of it.

For defective products, return shipping costs are covered by Byrdes.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 7 days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, cancellations may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.
