Refund Process

To request a refund, please email support@byrdes.com with the following details:

• Order number & full name
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot)
• Reason for refund request
• Photo or video evidence (for damaged or incorrect items)

Once we receive and verify your request, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, though banks or credit card companies may take up to 15 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
• Clearance or final-sale items.
• Returns requested beyond 120 days after delivery.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this timeframe, cancellations may be treated as a return request.
