How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, contact us at support@byrdes.com with the following details:
- Order number & full name
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photo or video proof (for damaged or defective items)
Once we receive and confirm your return—typically within 72 hours—you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, though banks and credit card providers may take an additional 15 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges

Refunds

Order Cancellations
