Orders are processed once payment is confirmed on business days (Monday – Friday, Eastern Standard Time) except for the following U.S. holidays:

- Christmas Day
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. While we aim for timely deliveries, please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
For orders within the continental United States, estimated delivery time is 4 – 9 business days. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time depending on order complexity. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 – 3 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.
Tracking Delays: Updates can take 3 – 7 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If tracking information remains unavailable, it likely means the package hasn’t been scanned yet. Contact us if your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
8. Incorrect Addresses
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.
- Byrdes is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address or returned by the carrier.
- Returned orders may be discarded by our shipping partners.
- Reshipping fees will apply for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.
- Byrdes is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items if forwarding or redirection instructions were provided.
